Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel short briefing about your program.

Day 02:Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.(Kathmandu Durbar Square,Patan,Buddhanath,Shayambhyu)

Day:3-from kathmandu  Drive to Syange and trek to Jagat(1300m)-Walk 1:30
Day:4-Trek to Dharapani(1860m)-5-6 hours
Day:5-Trek to Koto(2,600m)-5 hours
Day:6-Trek to Meta (3,560m)- 7 hours
Day:7-Trek to Phu(4,080m)- 7 hours
Day:8-Acclimatisation day in Phu; side trip to Himlung Base Camp (4,800m)
Day:9-Trek to Nar Phedi, overnight stay in monastery(3,490m)- 6 hours
Day:10-Trek to Nar Village(4,110m)- 3 hours
Day:11Trek via Kang La Pass (5,240m) to Ngawal(3,650m)- 8-9 hours
Day:12-Trek to Pisang (3,200m)- 3 hours
Day:13-Trek to Bagerchhap(2100m)-6 hours
