Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park is situated in the inner Terai,southwest of Kathmandu.This is the first gazetted national park of Nepal.The park protects the last surviving population of Great one-Horned Rhinos as well as other endangered species such as the Bengal Tigers,Gangetic Dolphin and Gharial Crocodiles.

Activities – Elephant Safari/Cone ride/Jungle walk & Bird watching/Jeep ride/Tharu Cultural program.

2 Nights/3 days Program
Day 01:

Fly Or Drive from Kathmandu/ Pokhara and Arrive in Bharatpur Airport,pick you up from the arrival point and transfer to Hotel where you will be offered refreshment and be given a briefing about it’s facilities. After being given your programs, introduction to your room and lunch follows.
Cultural Tour ( visit Tharu Village), Tourist Visitor Center and riverside sunset view
Dinner
Tharu cultural program (stick dance)

Day 02:

Breakfast
Canoeing ride, short jungle walk and elephant breeding centre visit
Lunch
Elephant back safari
Dinner
Day 03:

Tea/ coffee
Bird watching
Breakfast
Departure to Airport or Drive Back to Kathmandu or Pokhara
