Annapurna Region

Annapurna region is one of the most famous trekking routes in Nepal.  This region is rich in culture, flora and fauna. There are a number of ways for approaching this trekking region.

The first and easy route is from Pokhara.  From Kathmandu drive about 6-7 hours by Tourist bus to Pokhara.  Or fly to Pokhara  in only 25 min.   Pokhara is famous for its natural beauty.  Seven lakes in the lap of the Annapurna range will make you happy from the time you arrive.

The main attractions of this area are; Poon Hill, Throng- la, Muktinath Temple, Glacier lake in Manang , Tilicho Lake, Meshokanta-la,  Kang- la pass, hot springs , Kagbeni , Mustang , Annapurna sanctuary with 360 degree mountain views & Ghandruk.  Trekkers can choose many simple and welcoming guest houses run by local people in Tibetan style. You can experience staying in the remotest areas with rare people of the world.
